"I came in to review my car insurance with one of the agents. Before coming in, I called them over the phone. The person over the phone was so nice and kind and gave me an appointment right away. Once I came in I was able to review my current policy and compare to what he could offer me. After review I decided to switch over my insurance as I was going to save over 1000 a year with better coverage. During our conversation, I had the opportunity to discuss a little about my overall financial plan and the level of knowledge that the agent had was outstanding. After my visit, my agent gave me a call to follow up if I had any questions and he even remembered about my birthday weekend. "Great service up front when they are accepting your high priced premiums but they do NOT deliver on their end of the deal. This is an industry built on trust and they’ve repeatedly broken ours. If you think your high priced premiums with State Farm will provide a superior level of service when you need it, you will be thoroughly disappointed. State Farm will go to extensive levels to deny your claims no matter how minor AND will threaten higher premiums if you want to file a claim. Do not waste your money believing you are protected with this agency. Do not fall for the marketing appeal of State Farm and save your hard earned money, you can do better. Based on our research for a replacement, we’re realizing State Farm is at near the bottom or middle of the pack at best on insurance rankings. We are moving our family’s business to one of the many superior options: Geico, Wawanesa, Grange, Traveler’s, CSAA (AAA). Wish we’d taken the time to do the research prior to learning the hard way that State Farm is ranked low for a reason."
